​Our operations, product assembly, and logistics are managed from Estonia.

We do not have a public storefront. All communication takes place via email.

Products and Prices

• All prices are in EUR and shown inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

• Delivery fees are added at checkout depending on method and destination.

• Product descriptions, materials, and dimensions are shown on each product page.

• FRAME products are designed and assembled in Estonia.

 

Placing an Order

1. Add products to cart, confirm details, select delivery and payment method.

2. The final amount, including taxes and shipping, will be displayed before payment.

3. The sales contract is deemed concluded once the payment is received.

 

Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through our authorized partners:

• MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS): Baltic/Finnish bank links and major bank cards

• Stripe: international debit/credit cards and digital wallets

• PayPal: global payments via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

All payment data is handled by these licensed service providers. KILLTHEFRAME OÜ does not access or store your full card details.

By completing a purchase, you agree that your personal data necessary for payment processing may be transferred to Maksekeskus AS, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, or PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

 

Delivery

• We deliver to Estonia and most EU countries.

• Shipments via Omniva or DPD parcel terminals and courier services.

• Typical delivery time within Estonia is 3–5 business days from payment confirmation.

• International delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on destination.

 

Right of withdrawal

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product.

• The returned product must be unused and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return, contact us at info@plateframes.eu with your order details.

• Refunds are made within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item was defective.

Non-Conformity & Claims

• Products have a 2-year warranty from delivery date.

• During the first 6 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.

• Notify us of defects within 2 months of discovering them: info@plateframes.eu.

• If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer will receive a full refund.

• Marketing emails are sent only with prior consent.

• You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link in the email or contacting us directly.

 

Disputes and Resolution

• All disputes are handled under Estonian law.

• First contact: info@plateframes.eu.

• If not resolved, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (TTJA) at https://komisjon.ee.

• EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Mispricing

If an obvious pricing error occurs (e.g. far below market value), KILLTHEFRAME OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

We process personal data only for order fulfillment and customer communication.
Data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
Your information is not shared with third parties except payment and logistics partners.
