Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product.

Pre-order Cancellation

• FRAME products are sold as paid pre-orders for the first production batch.

• You may cancel your pre-order before production has started or before custom design confirmation.

• After production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom and Personalized Products

• Custom FRAME products are made specifically for your order.

• Once your custom design has been confirmed and production has started, the product cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless it is defective or incorrect.

• We always confirm custom designs before production.

How to Return

• Contact us at info@plateframes.eu with your order details before sending anything back. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled and in its original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact info@plateframes.eu within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
