SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery scope

  • We ship within Estonia and to most EU countries.

  • Carriers: Omniva parcel lockers in Estonia; DPD or Omniva International for EU deliveries.

  • We currently operate online only and do not provide in-person pickup.

Processing & transit

  • FRAME products are currently sold as paid pre-orders.

  • The first production batch is planned to ship in June 2026.

  • After the first batch is ready for dispatch, orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Typical delivery time in Estonia: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • EU delivery time: 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier performance.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays or peak seasons.

Rates

  • Shipping costs depend on your country and parcel size. Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

  • FRAME reserves the right to update delivery fees in line with carrier rate changes.

Tracking & Support

  • A tracking link is sent automatically by email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • If your package has not arrived within 7 business days in Estonia or 14 business days within the EU, please contact us:
    info@plateframes.eu.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, we will initiate an investigation with Omniva or DPD.

  • In confirmed loss cases, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

  • FRAME is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Damaged Packages

  • If the parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, please notify the courier immediately and document the damage (photo).

  • Contact info@plateframes.eu within 48 hours so we can arrange replacement or refund processing.

  • All products are shipped from Estonia.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct address and contact information at checkout.

  • FRAME reserves the right to adjust or suspend shipping temporarily during national holidays or exceptional circumstances.

  • For custom FRAME orders, production starts only after the custom design has been confirmed. This may affect dispatch timing.
