Any custom text, logos, or brand-related elements requested by the customer must be lawfully used by the customer. By submitting custom artwork or branding requests, the customer confirms that they hold the necessary rights or permissions to use such material. FRAME / KILLTHEFRAME OÜ is not responsible for unauthorised use of third-party trademarks, logos, or other protected intellectual property supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installed product complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and vehicle requirements in their country or region. The product must not obstruct the visibility, readability, or legal positioning of the registration plate.

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for the standard withdrawal right, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so the issue can be resolved.
