Delivery scope

We ship within Estonia and to most EU countries.

Carriers: Omniva parcel lockers in Estonia; DPD or Omniva International for EU deliveries.

We currently operate online only and do not provide in-person pickup.
Processing & transit

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

Typical delivery time in Estonia: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

EU delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Rates

Free shipping for orders over €100.

Standard shipping for orders under €60 — €3.40.

Orders between €60–€100 — €3.90.

All delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
FRAME reserves the right to update delivery fees in line with carrier rate changes.
Tracking & Support

A tracking link is sent automatically by email or SMS once your order is shipped.

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days in Estonia or 14 business days within the EU, please contact us:

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, we will initiate an investigation with Omniva or DPD.

In confirmed loss cases, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

FRAME is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Damaged Packages

If the parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, please notify the courier immediately and document the damage (photo).

Contact info@framedesign.ee within 48 hours so we can arrange replacement or refund processing.
