  • Contacts: email, phone, billing and shipping addresses.

  • Order & payment meta: order ID, payment status, method, last 4 digits of card (if provided by the processor), IBAN for refunds if needed.

Why we collect (lawful bases, Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Perform a contract: order processing, delivery, returns, support.

  • Legal obligations: accounting, tax, consumer protection.

  • Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, store security, service improvement.

Processors & recipients

  • Payments: Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce), PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.

  • Logistics: Omniva, DPD and similar carriers.

  • IT & hosting: Wix and related infrastructure providers.

  • Accounting and legal service providers where required by law.

 

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

  • Some processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Wix) may transfer data outside the EEA.

  • Such transfers are safeguarded by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

  • Orders and delivery data: 7 years (accounting law).

  • Customer service correspondence: 24 months.

  • Marketing (with consent): until withdrawal of consent.

  • Technical logs and security data: up to 12 months unless needed longer for incident handling.
