Contact us at info@plateframes.eu with your order details before sending anything back. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact info@plateframes.eu within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
